We are seeking two experienced Business Analysts to support a major Savings Platform implementation. These roles will work closely with the Programme Manager, technology teams, and business stakeholders to define requirements, support solution design, and ensure successful delivery of savings products and processes. Candidates must have strong domain experience in savings products and banking systems.

Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyse, and document business and functional requirements for the savings platform
- Work with stakeholders to define savings product features, processes, and customer journeys
- Translate business requirements into clear documentation for technology and delivery teams
- Support solution design aligned to core banking systems
- Work closely with vendors and system integrators
- Support data migration, testing, and implementation activities
- Participate in workshops, backlog refinement, and change impact assessments
- Ensure requirements meet regulatory and operational standards
Required Experience & Skills
- 5-8+ years of Business Analyst experience
- Strong background in banking or building society environments
- Proven experience working on savings systems or savings platform initiatives
- Good understanding of core banking systems
- Experience working on system implementations or platform transformations
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to work across business and technical teams
Desirable
- Experience with digital savings platforms or product migrations
- Knowledge of interest calculation, account servicing, and savings operations
- Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments
- BA certification (BCS, IIBA, etc.)
