An independent boarding school for boys aged 13 to 18 is seeking an ICT Technician for a permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm), with out of hours on-call flexibility as required.
The role: The IT Technician will assist in operating the IT Service Desk, identifying, resolving, and documenting issues as they arise. You will be responsible for delivering friendly user support for students and staff, including first and second line support for IT hardware, software, and network issues, and preparing devices for new users.
