One of our Enfield based clients require a Chef to ensure that catering is provided within one of their care homes.
- High standards and excellent customer satisfaction must be delivered at all times.
- You will oversee kitchen services and make sure Health needs are met.
- Able to lead a team and work as a team player, build good relationships and listen to and support colleagues.
- Able to communicate and maintain strong relationships, including influencing skills, maintaining good relationships with all workplace colleagues, residents, families, Home Manager and Directors.
- Allocate tasks and ensure sufficient stock and staffing levels.
Requirements:
- Appropriate supervisory experience and relevant qualifications pertaining to the safe delivery of Food needs and budget guidelines.
Working 40 hours per week on a shift rota basis (earliest start would be 8am and latest finish 7pm).
