About the Role As a Senior Manager in the Bars area, you’ll be vital in helping the guest’s create smiles – getting stuck in to give them a great experience, by being part of a large team of people who are responsible for providing guests with an outstanding experience . You should enjoy developing people and be passionate about delivering exceptional experiences to guests by nurturing, training and coaching the team in a fun-filled environment. You will drive standards and have the ability to lead the team to excellence, incorporating all brand high standards. Reporting to the Director, you’ll enjoy the buzz of a busy environment and will drive your team to maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness. You’ll have the ability to drive consistent brand standards whilst being guest driven and operating efficiently in everything you do. The role will also involve analysing KPI’s and stock control systems to maximise gross profit margins and adhere to food safety and Health & Safety policies. You should have a real passion for leading by example and inspiring others to deliver experiences that truly delight the guests.
