We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join our growing team and play a key role in securing and delivering successful projects. Working closely with our Estimating Manager, Commercial, Production and Design teams, you will lead the preparation of accurate and competitive tenders, provide expert cost planning advice, identify risks and value engineering opportunities, and develop winning strategies that support business growth.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of construction estimating processes, excellent commercial awareness, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors. You will also support the development of junior estimators, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and help ensure the successful transition of projects from tender stage through to delivery.
The Successful Joinery Estimator Must Have:
- Joinery manufacturing experience.
- A good understanding of the manufacturing and installation processes.
