We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Estimator to join our team and support the successful delivery of high-quality projects.
Working closely with the Estimating Manager, Commercial, Production and Design teams, you will be responsible for preparing accurate bills of quantities, analysing tender and contract documentation, obtaining competitive quotations from suppliers and subcontractors, and producing comprehensive tender submissions.
The role requires strong commercial awareness, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to identify project risks, value engineering opportunities and cost-saving solutions.
You will build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, customers, suppliers and subcontractors, contribute to the development of historical cost data, and ensure a smooth handover of successful tenders to project delivery teams.
