We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented trainee CAD technician to join a busy manufacturing company. You will play a key role in producing drawings for our laser, waterjet machine and our CNC knife cutting machines. These will be produced from samples, sketches and drawings sent from customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate drawings with drawing numbers.
- Be able to read drawings.
- Work closely with the machine operators.
- Be able to use measuring equipment when drawing from samples.
- Train to be able to run laser and CNC knife cutting machines.
- Prioritise and track your workload.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £7.55-£12.21 per hour
