We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented trainee CAD technician to join a busy manufacturing company. You will play a key role in producing drawings for our laser, waterjet machine and our CNC knife cutting machines. These will be produced from samples, sketches and drawings sent from customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate drawings with drawing numbers.
  • Be able to read drawings.
  • Work closely with the machine operators.
  • Be able to use measuring equipment when drawing from samples.
  • Train to be able to run laser and CNC knife cutting machines.
  • Prioritise and track your workload.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £7.55-£12.21 per hour
