Key Responsibilities
- Provide wholesale and home deliveries across Somerset
- Hand deliveries directly to customers or place in safe, secure locations
- Check orders and final packing before departure
- Load and secure goods to protect product quality in transit
- Complete daily van safety checks
- Perform food-temperature checks at loading and throughout the day
- Follow route plans via app, capturing proof of delivery
- Support the warehouse team on quieter days

What we’re looking for
- Full, clean UK driving licence (category B – up to 3,500kg)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Confident, clear verbal communicator
- Able to lift up to 16kg per item
- Smart, presentable and naturally personable
- Bonus points if you have previous experience as a delivery driver
- Familiarity with route planning apps or phone-based navigation tools
- Food safety or allergen training (we’ll happily train you if not!)
