Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, pain points, and goals.
• Develop user personas and user journey maps to inform the design process.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to translate design concepts into tangible experiences.
• Design user interfaces (UI) that are aesthetically pleasing, user-friendly, and consistent with brand guidelines.
• Ensure UI design aligns with UX best practices for optimal usability and accessibility.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs can be translated into functional websites and applications.
• Participate in user testing and iterate on designs based on feedback.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest UI/UX design trends and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor\’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web or mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of UI/UX design projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Excellent understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices.
• Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
