The Role
This is a leadership position where you will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of a busy warehouse operation.
You will lead and motivate the team, maintain high operational standards, solve problems, and continuously improve productivity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise staff across multiple warehouse departments.
- Manage daily workflow, productivity, and quality standards.
- Ensure accurate inventory processing and order fulfilment.
- Resolve operational, technical, and marketplace-related issues.
- Manage staff performance, attendance, training, and development.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Improve operational efficiency.

Requirements
- Minimum
2 years' warehouse management experience .
