Position: Retail Customer Adviser - 4 Days per week (18 hours)

Location: Hereford

Salary: £12.71 per hour

Working in our retail stores will require flexibility as shift patterns will vary week to week. For this role you will need to be flexible and available to work 4 days a week on a Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday. This is a temporary role for 6 months but has the potential to be made permanent for the right candidate.

Essential criteria:

  • Have a Customer first attitude and approach to working
  • Self-motivated and willing to work alone or as part of a team
  • Experience with troubleshooting and dealing with customer queries and complaints
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Competent at using a till and handling card and cash transactions
  • Reliable and Punctual
  • Willingness to learn and keep up to date knowledge on vaping products
