All new starters receive comprehensive training from our in-house trainer, with ongoing weekly training to help you become an industry expert quickly. We will provide the information and skills needed to succeed and earn the desired commissions.
Responsibilities
- Outbound calls pitching courses in a consultative style from warm leads (NO COLD CALLING EXPECTED)
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets consistently
- Follow up with customers to close sales
- Manage prospects and sales through CRM
- Present new products/services and cross-sell to existing and new clients
- Demonstrate and uphold company standards and brand values
Requirements
- Willing to work from our Langley, Berkshire (SL3) office
- Hungry to earn commission in a busy telesales environment
- Excited to sell online professional qualifications that can change lives
- Good understanding of technology and market trends is a plus
- Willing to learn and develop
- Committed, professional, reliable, target-driven, and ambitious
- Confident in verbal and written communication
- Good math skills and IT literacy
