The Role
- Possible start date: ASAP
- Monday to Friday - 0900 – 1730
- Total working hours: 37.5
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions
- Process supplier transactions
- Process receipts and payments
- Process transactions into ledgers
- Reconcile bank statements
- Use accounting software
- Use double-entry
- Prepare CIS returns
- File CIS returns
- Organise and send post to clients
- Allocate post into client system
- Scanning
- Answer phones
- Use spreadsheets
- Organise and allocate client records
- Respond to client queries on emails
- Send customer ledgers to colleagues
