The team comprises passionate professionals with over 25 years of combined experience in financial services, management, and banking. Their vision is to help clients achieve their financial goals, whether a first-time buyer or an experienced investor.
The role:
Monday to Friday between 8:30am to 5pm.
What you will do in your working day:
- Provide administrative support to Advisors and Para-planners and be the clients' main point of contact.
- Answer calls and take messages.
- Support Brokers with administrative tasks.
- Open client files.
- Follow up with clients for documents.
- Provide updates on case progression to clients, estate agents, solicitors, and brokers.
- General office administration including filing, organising, scanning, and copying documents.
- Process applications.
- Apply and maintain discretion on sensitive matters.
- Send documents to lenders and insurers.
The training you will receive:
- All training is undertaken online, through a combination of self-paced eLearning and live online classes.
- Functional skills in English and Mathematics, if required.
- Opportunity to do CeMAP Mortgage Advice Course.
