Overview
We have a pool of companies who are looking to employ someone for the role of Power Platform Developer Trainee.
The candidate does NOT need to have any prior experience since all the necessary training will be provided.
The Training
All training is included and is funded by the UK Government and will be delivered online over 4 weeks.
If the candidate successfully completes all the training, they will be ready to be employed.
This opportunity has come open due to a severe skills shortage we are currently facing.
The Role
As a Power Platform Developer Trainee, your day to day duties will involve collaborating with developers, system administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of automated solutions.
You will gain exposure to various areas, navigate and utilise the Microsoft Power Platform, design and develop automated workflows using Power Automate. Integrate Power Apps and Power BI for end-to-end automation solutions. Analyze user requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs. Troubleshoot and debug automated processes and workflows. Implement RPA solutions within the organisation.
Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to participate in team meetings and training sessions, where you can sharpen your skills and stay up-to-date with the latest Power Automate trends and best practices.
Summary

- Be naturally competent in numeracy and mathematics
- Be committed to pursuing a career in a technology world
- Be able to think and communicate in a structured manner
- Be ready to learn over 4 weeks of full-time study (fully funded by the UK government)
