Role Overview:
As an Accounts Trainee at e-Careers, you will have the unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of finance and accounting within an educational environment.

This entry-level position is designed for career starters with little to no experience, providing a supportive framework for learning and growth.

This role includes a full training programme.

You will engage in a wide range of accounting tasks, gaining hands-on experience while contributing to the smooth operation of our accounts department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable.
  • Complete bank reconciliations.
  • Enter financial transactions into our internal databases.
  • Assist with reviewing and processing reimbursements.
  • Participate in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
  • Assist with other accounting projects, as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the accounts team.
  • Learn about various accounting software and databases
