We're looking for a **talented and creative Head Baker** to take charge of our **on-site bakery**, producing **exceptional breads, pastries, and sweet treats**, while also developing **exciting seasonal products** to be featured across the wider **Colicci business**.. . What You'll Be Doing:

• **Leading the bakery team** – ensuring consistency, training junior bakers, and inspiring creativity..
• **Baking with passion** – crafting a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and sweet treats using traditional methods and high-quality ingredients..
• **Developing new seasonal products** – creating limited‑edition bakes to showcase fresh, seasonal ingredients across Colicci's locations..
• **Managing production & stock –** overseeing ordering, stock take, entering stock, and stock reconciliation to maintain efficiency and reduce waste..
• **Ensuring excellence in hygiene & safety** – upholding the highest kitchen and food safety standards..
• **Collaborating with the Head Chefs & General Managers** – ensuring our bakery offerings stay exciting, innovative, and commercially successful..
