What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting the Head Chef – ensuring smooth kitchen operations and high food quality..
- Supervising food safety & hygiene standards – maintaining a safe, clean and compliant kitchen..
- Preparing high-quality dishes – using fresh, seasonal ingredients to create our signature café menu..
- Training & mentoring junior chefs – helping to develop skills and maintain consistency..
- Managing food prep & cooking – ensuring consistency, speed, and presentation standards..
- Overseeing stock management – supporting ordering, stock take, entering stock, and stock reconciliation..
- Ensuring kitchen organisation – keeping a clean, efficient, and well-stocked work environment..
- Working as part of a team – supporting colleagues to keep operations running smoothl..
What We\'re Looking For:
- A skilled & passionate chef – with previous experience as a Sous or Senior Chef de Partie..
- A hands on team player – supporting the Head Chef and leading by example..
