Your Role & Responsibilities:

  • Create a safe, engaging and nurturing environment where children can thrive
  • Deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, adapting activities to meet individual needs
  • Track key children’s progress and share their learning journey with parents/carers using Tapestry
  • Build strong, positive partnerships with families
  • Ensure the safety, wellbeing and development of all children in the nursery
  • Raise any concerns appropriately while maintaining confidentiality

Who We’re Looking For:

  • A Level 3 Early Years qualification with at least one year of post-qualification experience
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS and Birth to 5 framework
  • A genuine passion for child development and early years education
  • Confident, empathetic and proactive in safeguarding children
