EC Group are a specialist construction recruitment consultancy who are advertising for a Working Foreman position for and on behalf of one of our clients. The position is for an Oxfordshire based main-contractor working on new build and refurbishment of residential properties. The role is for a Working Foreman carrying out the following responsibilities: * Managing sub-contractors * Setting out works * Health and safety checks * Site reports, site instructions, site introductions * Carrying out carpentry or other trade works. Requirements for the role are: * Minimum of 5 years experience * Residential, extension experience * Experience managing blokes Benefits: * Competitive salary package * Great annual leave allowance * Excellent pension scheme
