The position is based near Manchester for and exciting consultancy practice who are growing year on year. They work in all sectors of the built environment. The role is for a Senior / Associate Building Surveyor carrying out the following responsibilities: * Cost reporting * Tender analysis * Professional services; condition reports, dilapidations etc * Contract administrations * Client care * Progress reports & programming Senior / Associate Building Surveyor requirements for the role are: * Minimum of 4 years experience * Both professional services and project based experience * Autonomously running projects * Client care experience * MRICS chartered.
