EC Group are a specialist construction recruitment consultancy who are advertising for a Construction Project Manager position for and on behalf of one of our clients.\\nThe Construction Project Manager position for a national main-contractor who specialise in office fit-out projects.\\nThe project is based in Cambridge, but they are after someone who resides near Northampton as this is a good middle ground for a lot of their projects.\\nThe role is for a Construction Project Manager carrying out the following responsibilities:\\n * Programme management\\n * Managing site managers and trades\\n * Controlling project variations\\n * Health & safety\\n * Managing materials\\nRequirements for the Construction Project Manager role are:\\n * Minimum of 2 years experience\\n * Experience in fit-out projects.\\n * Experience with either commercial fit out projects\\n * Autonomously running projects.\\n * Experience with D&B is prefered.\\n * SSSTS or SMSTS\\nBenefits of the Construction Project Manager role are:\\n * Competitive salary package\\n * Great annual leave allowance\\n * Excellent pension scheme
