Priding ourselves on the ability to fashion exceptionally made bespoke eyeglasses, our commitment to craftsmanship, design and service is second to none. We are looking for an affable and proactive Retail Associate to join our small team at the boutique in Mayfair.
- Inspect all pieces received from the workshop and laboratory to ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Produce invoices for clients to ensure timely payments and maintain efficient financial records.
- Maintain effective boutique management across the store, stockroom, filing room and kitchen.
- Update the online store using the POS + E-Commerce systems.
- Maintain a clear order progress sheet and keep track of advancement along the build process.
- Manage our vitrine displays in the local area.
- Strong people skills and phone etiquette.
