Key Responsibilities- To support the Progress Leaders to develop strategic direction for the Year
- To ensure that the values, principles and mission of the Academy are evident in the discharge of the duties of the post
- To identify opportunities to innovate and bring benefit to the Academy and its stakeholders
- To provide support and advice to students with respect to their learning, emotional and social well-being, health and safety and personal development
- To work proactively with vulnerable students
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs including Maths and English (grades 4-9) or equivalent
- Understanding of the national curriculum especially core subject areas
- Proven record of raising standards and pupil achievement
- Experience of supporting the social, emotional and educational development of students
