Venturers' Academy, part of E-ACT, is recruiting a SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition. You will work within our specialist team to help children access learning, develop independence and build confidence in a nurturing, inclusive environment.
You will collaborate with teaching staff to implement tailored support, monitor progress, and promote positive behaviour while maintaining dignity and respect for all learners across 39 weeks per year.
