The Oldham Academy North is a dynamic and inclusive 11‑16 secondary academy located in Oldham. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide in‑class support to pupils, assisting with learning activities and helping them stay engaged.
- Deliver targeted interventions and adapt resources to meet individual learning needs.
- Support pupils with personal care needs, ensuring dignity, safety, and wellbeing at all times.
- Promote positive behaviour and encourage independence and confidence.
- Work closely with teachers and SEND staff to implement individual education plans (IEPs).
