We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Administrator to provide high-quality administrative support within our thriving academy. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in a busy environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding administrative support. The successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the academy, providing a welcoming first point of contact for students, parents, staff, and visitors while ensuring efficient and effective administrative processes across the school.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to academy staff and leadership teams.
- Act as a professional and welcoming first point of contact for students, parents, visitors, and external agencies.
- Manage telephone, email, and face-to-face enquiries, ensuring prompt and effective responses.
- Maintain accurate student, staff, and academy records in line with data protection requirements.
- Support attendance, admissions, and other student-related administrative processes as required.
Pay range: SCP 12 - 17 - £23,226.59 - £25,195.30 FTE - £28,598.00 - £31,022.00
32.5 hours per week, 41 weeks per year
Qualifications and Skills:
- GCSE Maths and English Grade C or above (or equivalent)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
