Are you a creative and passionate Art teacher looking to inspire the next generation of artists? Ousedale School is seeking an enthusiastic Teacher of Art to join our vibrant and supportive team. As a Teacher of Art, you will deliver engaging and imaginative lessons that encourage students to explore a wide range of artistic techniques, media and styles. You will nurture creativity, confidence and self‑expression, helping students to develop their artistic skills and appreciation of the visual arts.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, high‑quality Art lessons across relevant key stages
- Inspire creativity, self‑expression and experimentation through a range of artistic media and techniques
- Assess, monitor and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to support development
- Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
- Support students of all abilities, including those with additional needs, to achieve their potential
- Contribute to the development and enrichment of the Art curriculum
