Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that inspire students and drive excellent progress.
- Plan and adapt learning to meet the needs of all students, promoting inclusion and achievement.
- Assess, monitor and report on student progress, providing effective feedback to support development.
- Foster a positive learning environment with high expectations for behaviour and attainment.
- Act as a form tutor, supporting students’ academic, personal and pastoral needs.
Pay
Salary £32,916 – £37,101 (Actual). M1 – M3. Funding FTC, 1 September 2026 to 31 December 2026.
Qualifications and Skills
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or recognised equivalent.
- Degree in the related subject specialism.
- Evidence of continuous professional development.
- Relevant safeguarding training and knowledge.
- Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and assessment requirements.
