Responsibilities include leading and managing the enhanced Provision class, ensuring high quality teaching and learning for pupils with additional needs. Plan and deliver differentiated, inclusive lessons tailored to individual learning needs and EHCP targets. Create a safe, nurturing and structured classroom environment that supports pupils' academic, social and emotional development. Monitor, assess and track pupil progress using data to inform planning and ensure positive outcomes. Build strong relationships with parents/carers maintaining clear communication regarding pupil development and wellbeing.

Qualifications and Skills required are Qualified Teacher Status, strong understanding of SEND and inclusive teaching strategies, skilled in supporting pupils with social, emotional and communication needs, excellent behaviour management with a nurturing, trauma-informed response, and effective teamwork and collaboration with support staff and external professionals.
