We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join Hereclive E-Act Academy. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with students, supporting their learning, confidence, and personal development. You will be part of a committed team making a real difference every day in a supportive and inclusive school environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support students’ learning in the classroom, individually and in small groups.
  • Work closely with teachers to deliver planned activities and interventions.
  • Support students with SEND, EAL, or additional learning needs.
  • Promote positive behaviour, engagement, and inclusion.
  • Monitor progress and provide feedback to teaching staff
  • Pay range: SCP5-7 – £20,372.48 – £21,025.47 – FTE: £25,583.00 – £26,403.00 – (33.5hrs/week) 39 weeks/year

    Qualifications and Skills:

  • GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent).
  • Experience working with children or young people (desirable).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive approach to supporting learners
