Responsibilities
- Manage a busy reception area, greet visitors, answer calls, and manage mail.
- Provide clerical support such as preparing documents, reports and correspondence using ICT systems.
- Manage school dinner processes, including payments and monitoring non-payments.
- Maintain records, process trip income, and update management information systems.
- Provide general administrative support, communicating with parents and assisting students and staff.
Qualifications
- Good standard of education including English and Maths.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and ICT systems effectively.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to deal with staff, pupils and parents.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

Salary and Hours
- Pay range: NJC SCP 7-11 £28,111.54 – £29,719.47 (Includes ILW) 37 hours, 41 working weeks per year.
- FTE NJC SCP 7-11 £30,403.00 – £32,142.00 (Includes ILW) 37 hours, 52 working weeks per year.
