Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative and PA support to the Headteacher, including diary management, meeting coordination, and preparation of reports and briefing papers.
  • Manage the academy office and lead the admin team, ensuring efficient systems, processes, and a professional working environment.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the Headteacher, handling enquiries, communications, and correspondence with discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications, building strong relationships with staff, parents, external agencies, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including organising meetings, managing documentation, and supporting key projects and academy activities.

Qualifications and Skills
