Working Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5pm with 1 hour for lunch)

Are you a confident and ambitious person looking to start your career in Administration? Working across our support services departments (Finance/HR/Health & Safety/IT) as well as our Operational departments (Construction/Surfacing/Garage/Quarry), this is a full time, 2 year fixed term role where you will develop your skills and abilities to ensure efficient and effective administrative support, with the possibility of a permanent role at the end of the training period.
You will undertake a Modern Apprenticeship, SCQF Level 6 in Business Administration through a combination of work based evidence, observation by tutor and producing a portfolio of evidence.
What we are looking for:
- Interest in administration and enthusiasm to develop experience and undertake training
- English and Maths at National Level 5
- Computer literacy with a basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills (verbal, listening and written)
