About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised person to join our team as Office Administrator to provide general admin service to our Inverness office. The position is a 12-month maternity cover contract, with the possibility of the role being extended beyond this period. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity that would particularly suit a school leaver or someone looking to begin a career in office administration. The role offers a “learn and earn” opportunity, allowing the successful candidate to work towards a Business and Administration SCQF 6 qualification which will be supported by the Highland Learning Academy.
You will be an important part of our office team, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business while providing excellent support to customers and colleagues.
- Answering incoming telephone calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Logging customer requests for engineer support
- Updating and maintaining accurate client records and database information
- Handling incoming and outgoing post, including distributing mail and preparing items for dispatch
- Supporting administration associated with vehicle fleet management
- Booking hotels and accommodation for staff and engineers
- Replenishing stationery supplies and monitoring stock levels
- Providing general office administration support as required
