This role offers the right candidate an excellent opportunity to work in a fun environment, gaining hugely valuable business skills through a structured training programme, supported by the Pure team and the expertise of the Highland Learning Academy (HLA).

Key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Completion of Business Admin L6 Modern Apprenticeship Qualification
  • Understanding product ranges to be able to sell and upsell to existing and new customers
  • Providing first-class service to customers and suppliers via phone and email
  • Assist with processing sales orders and maintaining customer data and contact information
  • Liaising with suppliers on pricing and availability of products and services
  • Administration support for the wider Pure team
  • General day-to-day office administrative tasks
  • Other duties, appropriate to the post, over and above those given in the job description
