We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Security Vetting Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting security vetting and clearance processes for our organisation, ensuring that all employees and contractors are cleared to work with sensitive information.

Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time and will be expected in the office up to 3 days a week.

If you are successfully offered this position, you will go through a series of pre-employment checks, including: identity, nationality (single or dual) or immigration status, employment history going back 3 continuous years, and unspent criminal record check (known as Disclosure and Barring Service).

Responsibilities
  • Conducting security vetting and clearance processes for employees and contractors.
  • Managing ongoing security clearance reviews for existing employees and contractors.
  • Analyzing security clearance investigation reports and making recommendations to management.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date security clearance records and documentation.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and government agencies to ensure compliance with security clearance policies and procedures.
  • Staying up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations related to security vetting and clearance processes.
