NatWest Group Apprenticeship – Commercial & Institutional Banking

Starting October 2026

Commercial & Institutional Banking partners with businesses and financial institutions to provide the finance, expertise, and long-term support they need to navigate complexity, grow with confidence, and achieve their ambitions sustainably.

Programme length: 15 months

Salary: £25,785

Qualification gained: Providing Financial Services Level 6

Location: Dundee

What you'll do

  • Build strong relationships with new and existing customers, focusing on delivering an excellent experience and positive outcomes.
  • Manage diaries and book appointments, and prepare high quality meeting briefs and customer information for Relationship Managers.
  • Understand customer needs and explain the various lending options available, helping with the application and approval request.
  • Develop your banking knowledge across systems, processes, products, and the broader Commercial banking market.
  • Contribute to a positive learning culture and invest time in your own professional development.
