We are delighted to be supporting this highly successful Motor Group with depots across Scotland, in their search for a motivated IT Apprentice. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business that delivers exceptional customer service and automotive expertise.
As a Field Service Apprentice, you will join the IT team based at one of the Aberdeen Depots, where you will commence your IT career and gain a nationally recognised qualification upon completion of your apprenticeship. You will be supported throughout your apprenticeship by your personal assessor from Elite Training, as well as your peers and mentors within the IT Department.
Your role will be varied to allow you to gain as much exposure as possible across the whole IT Department, learning while you are earning.
Role PurposeTo provide high-quality, responsive IT support across dealership sites and remotely via the ServiceDesk, ensuring reliable operation of IT systems, infrastructure, and end-user technology. This role combines on-site field support and remote 1st line support, acting as a key link between the ServiceDesk and dealership operations.
