We are a well known real estate company looking to bring on a new member of staff as a Modern Apprentice to help with daily office functions and assist our administration team. The day to day role will involve many aspects, including, but not limited to:
- Maintaining accurate financial records.
- Data entry into accounting portals.
- Collating information for month end reporting.
- General departmental queries.
- Inbox management.
- Dealing with phone, email, and face to face enquiries.
- Providing administrative and accounting support to senior financial staff.
- Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers.
What will I learn? You will learn how to work both individually and as a team in a busy office environment. You will learn how to manage your workload, use our bespoke IT systems and databases. You will grow and progress in your environment as you complete your apprenticeship.
What qualifications or qualities are required?
- Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Be well-presented, professional and a team player.
- Be able to multi-task and prioritise your workload.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Xero accounts software knowledge would be useful.
