Overview

This is the perfect opportunity for someone to begin their professional career working within a supportive team environment where full training will be provided. You will be working as an entry level Secretary/Office Assistant on a 6 months’ fixed term contract, performing a wide variety of duties to support the successful running of daily office administrative work. If you are a confident communicator, are able to work positively with others, and have strong organisational skills - you could be the perfect fit!

Responsibilities

  • Managing email and phone correspondence, assisting colleagues and managers, and handling general administration tasks.
  • Assisting with purchasing goods and liaising with suppliers and customers as needed.
  • Organising internal and external meetings, including room bookings, catering, and invitations. Supporting visitor logistics with taxi and hotel arrangements.
  • Monitoring the ordering, distribution, and tracking of seniority awards for staff.
  • Using bespoke business systems to support operational tasks and ensure smooth workflow.
