  • Maintaining accurate HR records, databases, and employee files
  • Managing TUPE transfer processes
  • Processing Disclosure and PVG applications
  • Preparing employment contracts and offer letters
  • Administering Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) enrolments
  • Supporting employee relations casework and HR investigations
  • Requesting employment references and ensuring right-to-work documentation is compliant
  • Coordinating employee training requests and maintaining training records
  • Supporting the annual performance review process
  • Providing first-line HR advice and guidance to managers
  • Assisting with HR reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Supporting basic payroll administration, including submitting payroll changes, checking employee data for accuracy, and liaising with payroll to ensure timely processing
