About the Role

As Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal leadership role, working alongside the Principal and Senior Care Managers to maintain excellence and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and enhance our CQC “Outstanding” rating through strong compliance and governance
  • Lead daily operations including staffing, HR, and care delivery
  • Ensure excellence in care planning, medication management, and resident wellbeing
  • Develop and support a high-performing, values-driven team
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals (GPs, hospitals, etc.)
  • Champion a culture of independence, dignity, and individuality

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience as a Registered Manager in a residential care setting
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
  • Passion for person-centred care and non-institutional models
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
