About the Role
As Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal leadership role, working alongside the Principal and Senior Care Managers to maintain excellence and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance our CQC “Outstanding” rating through strong compliance and governance
- Lead daily operations including staffing, HR, and care delivery
- Ensure excellence in care planning, medication management, and resident wellbeing
- Develop and support a high‑performing, values‑driven team
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals (GPs, hospitals, etc.)
- Champion a culture of independence, dignity, and individuality
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Registered Manager in a residential care setting
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
- Passion for person‑centred care and non‑institutional models
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
