About The Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Visual Merchandising Manager to join our Global Retail Design team. This role will be pivotal in shaping and delivering the global VM strategy, ensuring consistent, impactful, and brand-aligned retail execution across all markets. The successful candidate will act as a strategic partner to global market teams, offering expert guidance, tools, and frameworks to elevate our in-store storytelling and customer experience.
You will:
•Develop and own the Global VM Strategy: Define and evolve the overarching visual merchandising strategy in line with brand positioning, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and business objectives.
•Market Enablement & Support: Partner closely with markets and retail delivery teams to align execution with global direction whilst ensuring local requirements and cultural nuances are represented to central.
•Guidelines & Toolkits: Create clear, compelling VM guidelines, toolkits, and training materials to support consistent implementation across all store formats.
•Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Retail Design, Marketing, Business Units, and Store Operations teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end brand and product narrative in-store.
•Innovation & Trends: Stay ahead of visual merchandising trends, retail innovation, and competitor activity to continually refine our VM approach.
•Performance & Feedback: Support the measurement of VM impact in-store, using customer insights and retail KPIs to guide continuous improvement.
•Store Openings & Rollouts: Lead VM strategy and support for key store openings, refurbishments, and seasonal campaigns.
About You
You will have:
•Proven experience in a senior visual merchandising role, ideally within a global or multi-market retail environment.
•Strong understanding of retail environments and how VM drives customer engagement and commercial performance.
•Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and guide diverse stakeholders.
•A collaborative mindset with the confidence to lead, coach, and inspire others.
•Creative thinking combined with strong commercial acumen.
•Experience developing and delivering guidelines, training, and toolkits.
•Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
