This is a fully on-site role from our Istanbul HQ office.
About us: Dyson established our first office in Turkey, to be based in Istanbul on October 2018 and Dyson Turkiye has been launched in April 2019. About the role:
- Organize and deliver induction and new product launch trainings for field teams.
- Facilitate On-The-Job Training sessions with business partners to enhance real-time learning.
- Support the execution of Dyson Academy programs, including logistics, content delivery, and post-training follow-up.
- Lead training sessions in the field to strengthen product experience for Dyson Experts and Stylists.
- Collaborate with global and local teams to adapt training content to Turkey’s market dynamics.
- Ensure training materials reflect the latest product updates, competitive insights, and brand messaging.
- Develop and maintain training collateral and presentation materials.
- Support onboarding plans for new sales team members, ensuring comprehensive training on Dyson products, sales techniques, and customer interaction standards.
- Monitor onboarding progress and provide feedback during the first 3 months.
- Track training effectiveness using KPIs and feedback tools.
- Provide regular updates to the Training Manager and Sales Leaders on training outcomes and improvement areas.
- Organize training programs based on visitor experience metrics to ensure successful customer interactions.
- Promote Dyson values and team spirit through engaging training experiences.
- Support the “Beauty Ambassador” process within the scope of training initiatives.
About You:
- Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Minimum 5 years of training experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
- Experience in retail, sales training, or consumer electronics is preferred.
