About the role
As a Store Supervisor, you play a key role in supporting the store leadership team, ensuring the space operates seamlessly while consistently delivering a premium, insight‑led customer experience. You will be a visible, hands‑on leader on the shop floor, supporting the Store Leader and Assistant Store Leader in driving performance, elevating the customer journey, and maintaining operational excellence in a fast‑paced, experience‑led retail environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support day‑to‑day leadership of the retail team, ensuring clarity of expectations and confident execution.
  • Lead by example with exceptional standards of service, storytelling, and live product demonstration.
  • Deliver real‑time coaching on the floor to continually elevate individual and team performance.
  • Ensure every customer interaction is personalised, considered, and reflective of Dyson’s premium positioning.
  • Act as an escalation point for customer queries, resolving challenges with professionalism and care.
  • Adapt team approach to suit a wide range of customers, from local shoppers to international visitors.
  • Support core operations including opening and closing routines, compliance checks, and daily briefings.
  • Maintain immaculate store presentation aligned to Dyson’s brand and visual merchandising standards.
  • Monitor stock levels, support replenishment, and ensure accurate communication of product availability.
  • Contribute to sales performance by motivating the team and focusing on behaviours that drive results.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations that clearly communicate Dyson’s technology and engineering advantage.
  • Understand store KPIs and support the team in translating these into everyday actions.
  • Collaborate closely with store leadership and wider Retail teams to ensure alignment and consistency.
  • Communicate priorities, updates, and expectations clearly throughout each trading day.

About you
