Our dedicated team is responsible for diagnosing faults, repairing, and servicing Dyson products across our diverse portfolio, which includes Floorcare, Haircare, and Environment Care. This full-time role is located on our campus and operates on a 4-day on, 4-day off shift pattern, with start times ranging from 07:00 to 08:00 and ending between 17:15 to 18:15. About The Role
Join our dynamic team as a Senior Operative where your main responsibilities will revolve around ensuring Dyson products returned by UK customers are diagnosed, repaired, and serviced to the highest quality service level set by Dyson. You will be an integral part of our commitment to excellence. Your expertise will be put to use as you repair and rebuild returned or customer machines following the defined Dyson policies and procedures. You will have the opportunity to showcase your skills in refurbishing products to meet Dyson's exacting quality standards. You will assist in loading and offloading vehicles, unboxing and re-boxing Dyson products and parts, and managing bookings and dispatches using various systems.
We take pride in maintaining a clean and organised working environment, and you will play a significant role in this by using our state-of-the-art dust extraction equipment and provided cleaning materials. Furthermore, you will contribute to our commitment to sustainability by properly disposing of site waste and adhering to recycling processes. Your attention to detail and efficiency will be paramount as you participate in the picking, packing, and dispatching of Dyson products and parts while striving to achieve performance targets. You will also help keep our onsite stock locations well-stocked and organised. - Diagnose, Repair and service Dyson products returned by UK customers according to the Dyson quality service level.
- Repair / Rebuild the returned / customer machine as per the defined Dyson policy and procedures.
