Pozisyon Hakkında
Perakende Uzmanı olarak yalnızca ürün satışı yapmayacak, aynı zamanda Dyson’ın müşterilerini heyecanlandırma ve ilham verme misyonunun öncüsü olacaksınız. İleri teknoloji ürünlerimizi hayata geçirerek mağaza ortamını ilgi çekici ve interaktif bir tiyatroya dönüştürecek, her müşteri etkileşiminde Dyson ile başlayan bir yolculuk sunacaksınız.
Başlıca Sorumluluklarınız:
- Dyson ürünleriyle ilgili derinlemesine bilgi sahibi olarak, özelliklerini ve avantajlarını anlamak ve bunları müşterilere açık ve basit bir şekilde aktararak güvenilir bir otorite olmak.
- Müşterilere sıcak, kişiselleştirilmiş bir deneyim sunarak ihtiyaçlarını dinlemek ve bilinçli kararlar almalarına yardımcı olmak.
- Dyson teknolojisini aktif bir şekilde tanıtıp sergileyerek, ürünlerin özelliklerini müşterilerin ilgisini çekecek ve onları heyecanlandıracak şekilde göstermek.
- Mağaza ortamını temiz, düzenli ve görsel olarak etkileyici bir halde tutarak Dyson ürünlerini en iyi şekilde sunmak.
- Stok seviyelerini izlemek, yeniden stoklama süreçlerine yardımcı olmak ve operasyonların sorunsuz işlemesi için herhangi bir tutarsızlığı raporlamak.
- Hem Dyson ekip arkadaşlarınızla hem de dış perakende ortaklarınızla yakın çalışarak kusursuz ve üstün bir müşteri deneyimi sunmak.
