A Dyson Retail Expert is more than a salesperson. You are a technology enthusiast and brand ambassador who relishes the opportunity to educate, inspire and create a memorable experience for every customer. Based in Harrods, you will transform the retail space into an engaging theatre—demonstrating the magic behind Dyson technology and clearly articulating why our products are pioneers in their field. Key Responsibilities
Build deep knowledge of Dyson technology, features and benefits, and communicate this with clarity and simplicity to help customers make informed decisions.
Welcome and engage customers with confidence and warmth, listening to their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Actively demonstrate Dyson products, showcasing performance, design and engineering to drive excitement and sales.
Maintain a premium, clean and visually compelling environment with products displayed to Dyson standards.
Support stock control, replenishment and reporting to ensure availability and accuracy.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and retail partners to deliver a seamless, best‑in‑class customer experience.
